Role Description
We are seeking a Virtual Vacation Planner to join our team! You will be responsible for booking incredible trips for corporate and leisure clients worldwide. This position is ideal for travel enthusiasts who enjoy helping others plan their dream vacations.
- Design and execute detailed travel itineraries
- Understand clients’ travel needs and preferences
- Complete training and maintain certification
- Attend webinars for specialized knowledge
- Act as a brand ambassador
- Collaborate with the team
- Provide budget suggestions
- Develop promotional materials
- Stay informed on industry changes
- Monitor travel restrictions
- Book travel arrangements
- Communicate effectively with clients
- Manage research and communication time efficiently
- Resolve booking or travel issues
- Maintain updated client records
- Network with tour operators
- Participate in FAM trips
Qualifications
- 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Smartphone with internet access (laptop recommended)
- Personal travel experience a plus
- Customer service or hospitality background preferred
