Role Description
This role involves lending coding expertise to train AI models.
- Outlier is looking for talented software engineers (full-stack, back-end, end-to-end developers) to help train generative artificial intelligence models by collaborating with them on solving real world engineering problems.
- This freelance opportunity is remote and hours are flexible, so you can work whenever is best for you but we are looking for 40-hours of work per week.
- You will work cutting edge GenAi models and push the boundaries of current LLM capabilities.
You may contribute your expertise by:
- Crafting and answering questions related to computer science & software engineering in order to help train AI models.
- Evaluating and ranking code generated by AI models.
- Co-piloting with an AI model while creating, debugging, and improving production level code.
Qualifications
- Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in Danish (required).
- Proficiency working with two or more of the following languages: Java, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Verilog.
- 3+ years of experience in software development / engineering ideally at a fast paced tech company with high coding standards.

- Pay for this role is $50 USD per hour.
