As a French Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers. Your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to French clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, account management, and technical support
- Efficiently resolving customer complaints and issues with a professional demeanor
- Maintaining knowledge of products, services, and promotions to better assist customers
- Documenting customer interactions and following up as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborating with team members to continuously improve customer service processes
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers
- Ability to handle challenges with a positive attitude and a solution-focused approach
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills
- Comfortable using technology and customer support platforms
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience
- Valid EU passport or EU ID card is required
