Role Description
Join Patrique Mercier Recruitment in an exciting role as an entry-level German Speaking Customer Care representative for our Music Streaming Platform Department located in Greece. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend your passion for music with your customer service skills.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to our music streaming services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
- Assisting customers with inquiries about our music streaming platform, including account setup, billing, and service features
- Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience
- Staying informed about the latest music trends and platform updates to provide accurate assistance
- Participating in training sessions to improve service delivery and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for music and knowledge of the music streaming industry is a plus
- Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to helping others
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software are advantageous
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
