Role Description
Global Pacific Support is seeking a reliable and efficient Towbook Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our dispatch operations using Towbook software to ensure timely and effective towing services for our customers.
- Handle incoming calls from customers requesting towing and roadside assistance services.
- Collect essential information such as location, vehicle type, and reason for service.
- Utilize Towbook dispatch software to enter, track, and manage service requests accurately.
- Dispatch tow trucks and service personnel based on urgency and availability.
- Monitor the status and location of tow trucks to ensure prompt responses.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding estimated arrival times and service updates.
- Document all service interactions and maintain accurate records within Towbook.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with drivers and team members to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a dispatcher, specifically in the towing or roadside assistance industry.
- Familiarity with Towbook dispatch software is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capability to work under pressure and make informed decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of local road networks and geographical areas is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and problem-solving capabilities.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work as part of a team.
