Role Description
We’re on the hunt for a motivated Sales Development Researcher (SDR) to drive our lead generation initiatives. Your mission will be to pinpoint prospective clients, reach out through emails or social channels, and then smoothly transfer those leads to our Canada-based team for follow-up discussions.
- Lead Handoff: Pass engaged prospects (like HR professionals, hiring managers, or executives) to our Canada team for deal-closing calls.
- Maintain Prospect Database: Track all outreach activities, responses, and key details meticulously to ensure a flawless transition to the Canadian crew.
- Research Potential Clients: Scout LinkedIn and other platforms for job listings that signal a need for recruitment support.
- Engage and Qualify: Craft initial messages or emails to assess interest and hiring demands from potential clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Consulting or Related Experience: Bring an understanding of business pain points and solution-oriented thinking.
- Strong Communication: Showcase top-notch written English skills for effective outreach via email and messages.
- Comfort with Remote Sales Tools: Bonus points for experience with CRM or lead management software.
- Excellent English Skills
