Role Description
This role involves providing technical customer support for HR software.
- Assist clients via phone and email, resolving technical issues with the HR software (e.g., login problems).
- Diagnose technical issues, offer solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
- Record customer interactions to enhance troubleshooting processes and knowledge-sharing.
- Deliver an exceptional experience with prompt, friendly, and effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher) – excellent communication skills.
- Experience in technical support is a plus, especially within software or HR services, but NOT necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
Requirements
