Role Description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a knack for sales? We are seeking a motivated German-speaking Customer Excellence Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients, delivering excellent support and ensuring that each customer's experience is smooth and memorable. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely from Northern Portugal while being part of an exciting and growing team.

Provide outstanding customer support in German via phone, email, or chat.
Offer detailed product and service information to meet customer needs.
Professionally handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

Fluency in German (written and spoken)
Intermediate English (written and spoken)
Sales experience is required
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
Must be based in Northern Portugal

Requirements

Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule
