Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a multilingual environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in German or Italian via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with various teams to provide effective and timely solutions to customers' needs.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up to ensure full resolution of any outstanding issues.
- Provide valuable feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Be the go-to expert for customer queries, offering clear, helpful, and informative responses.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German or Italian (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in English is also required for internal communication.
- Previous experience in customer service and sales mandatory.
- Positive attitude and a solution-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle challenges with care and professionalism.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- This position is for candidates already based in Northern Portugal.
- We are not offering relocation support for this role.
