Role Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a multilingual environment.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in German or Italian via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with various teams to provide effective and timely solutions to customers' needs.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up to ensure full resolution of any outstanding issues.
  • Provide valuable feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Be the go-to expert for customer queries, offering clear, helpful, and informative responses.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German or Italian (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in English is also required for internal communication.
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales mandatory.
  • Positive attitude and solution-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • This position is for candidates already based in Northern Portugal.
  • We are not offering relocation support for this role.
