Role Description
Devoteam Portugal is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our nearshore team for an exciting project in the financial sector. This role focuses on:
- Terraform development
- Security rules implementation
- Working in a multi-cloud environment (AWS & Azure)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Terraform code for infrastructure automation and testing
- Implement security rules to ensure compliance and best practices
- Work with AWS and Azure to manage cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with development and security teams to enhance DevOps processes
- Troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure performance and deployment pipelines
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering
- Strong expertise in Terraform (primary requirement)
- Solid programming logic (language-agnostic)
- Knowledge of security rules and cloud best practices
- Experience with AWS (basic cloud operations)
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Python for automation
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Exposure to Azure (the project includes Azure components)
