Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage data protection and recovery solutions
- Execute and monitor daily data protection operations
- Provide technical support to client systems
- Perform preventive and corrective system maintenance
- Configure and optimize data protection policies
- Participate in disaster recovery processes
- Create technical documentation and reports
- Collaborate with the senior team on implementation projects
- Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 support
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in enterprise data protection
- Hands-on experience with Commvault (mandatory)
- Knowledge in:
- Storage systems (SAN, NAS)
- Windows Server and Linux environments
- Virtualization (VMware)
- Basic network infrastructure
- Willingness to learn and grow technically
- Availability for on-call duty
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in Portuguese and knowledge of English
