Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team.
- Develop, configure, customize, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.
- Participate in the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, providing valuable input and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects and other team members to understand functional and technical requirements.
- Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs and various integration methods.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Contribute to platform upgrades, system performance monitoring, and the implementation of enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow development processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its modules, data model, and development tools (e.g., JavaScript, Glide Script, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows).
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems is desirable.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
