Role Description

Notre équipe lyonnaise n'attend que vous pour relever de nouveaux défis. Ensemble, vous accompagnerez les clients dans la transformation de leur système d'information et la mise en place de solutions réseaux.

  • DĂ©finir des solutions rĂ©seau (qualification de nouveaux matĂ©riels ou logiciels, tests, rĂ©daction des REX et procĂ©dures de dĂ©ploiement)
  • Participer aux projets de transformation, de migration et d'upgrade d'infrastructures rĂ©seaux sur les Datacenter
  • Analyser et Ă©tudier l'impact des opĂ©rations
  • Assurer du support de niveau 3 auprès des Ă©quipes d’exploitation
  • Maintenir Ă  jour la documentation (DAT, DEX, PTI, ...)
  • Participer aux REX et plans d'amĂ©lioration en cas d'incident

Qualifications

  • DiplĂ´mĂ©.e d'une grande Ă©cole d'ingĂ©nieurs ou d'un Master 2 en informatique
  • Au moins 3 ans d'expĂ©rience en ingĂ©nierie rĂ©seau en mode projet
  • Excellent relationnel et sens prononcĂ© du service et de la qualitĂ©
  • Aimer travailler en Ă©quipe
  • Fluent in English

Requirements

  • Travailler sur les technologies suivantes : Cisco, Arista, Cisco ACI, Splunk, Grafana, Cisco ISE, Cisco Nexus
