Role Description
This role involves leading a team in a multicultural and multilingual environment while working remotely.
- Set clear objectives, communicate expectations, goals, and feedback to the team regularly, and resolve any concerns or issues actively
- Recognize and address underperformance, provide feedback and relevant coaching
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPIs
- Monitor queues to identify critical tickets that require immediate attention
- Reassign tickets from unavailable team members
Qualifications
- Excellent English skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
- 1–3 years of experience in a training lead role
- Analytical and research skills
- Ability to work with large groups of trainees
- Positive, responsible, and proactive attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
Requirements
- Knowledge of Klaus, Zendesk is a great plus
