Role Description
SupportYourApp family is growing, and we’re looking for a Freelance Hiring Specialist to conduct video interviews with potential candidates. In this role, you’ll play a key part in evaluating talent and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
To be successful in this role, you need to ensure we offer a positive candidate experience and meet our hiring needs.
What you will do:
- Conduct video interviews with potential candidates
- Assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and overall fit for the role
- Provide detailed feedback on interviewed candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Be an ambassador of SupportYourApp and promote our company’s brand and values
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English (C1+) and Ukrainian
- Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking System
- At least 1−3 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience
- Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions
- Desire to advance in IT
- Experience with recruiting candidates through different job websites, sourcing skills
- Open, easy-going personality
Requirements
- Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus
