Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior/Strong Middle Software Engineer (Java). If you are passionate about how technology can help improve processes and work life for users, taking responsibility for reaching your own and the team’s objectives is something that you do with a strong drive. Your communication skills help you articulate problems and explain complex technical solutions to external stakeholders.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
- Writing clean, scalable code
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
- Troubleshooting issues
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java
- Experience in AWS (minimum ECS, S3, RDS, KMS)
- Knowledge of software development methodologies
- Skills in Kafka, Postgresql, DocumentDB, Docker
- Knowledge of CI/CD and SDL processes with a good understanding of test automation
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, teamwork, and collaboration in a multicultural environment
- Ability to navigate through complex systems and contribute to a continuous improvement environment
