Role Description

We are looking for an Onboarding & Knowledge Manager to join our team.

Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the department.
Maintain and update the department’s internal wiki, keeping it structured and up to date.
Collaborate with team leads to facilitate onboarding sessions and ensure a consistent training experience.
Conduct training sessions, provide learning materials, and manage knowledge bases.
Support the refinement and testing of the existing onboarding system with a pilot group of up to 10 employees before the end of the year.
Develop and expand the knowledge base by creating additional training content.
