Role Description

As a Senior Customer Success Director for Strategic Clients, you will serve as the customer champion for 5 top-tier accounts within the Strategic Vertical. This role combines leadership, business development expertise, strategic and tactical management, entrepreneurial insight, and advanced analytical skills to drive, foster and optimize positive business outcomes.

While this role is 100% work from home, there will be occasional travel for training, team events and client support.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, engaging with customers daily as their main representative.
  • Act as the internal advocate for strategic accounts during customer escalations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership as needed.
  • Own and present key metrics related to strategic account programs.
  • Facilitate business reviews and partnership meetings, identifying opportunities for U.S. and global upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Analyst team to maintain accurate tactical reporting and support general account management processes.
  • Track partnership and opportunity activities using Salesforce.
  • Provide regular internal reporting on program outcomes, key metrics, and customer feedback.
  • Identify and develop sales leads, contributing to FA’s overall revenue generation, account retention, and growth.
  • Leverage customer relationships to support senior leadership in strategic planning and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success roles.
  • Exceptional executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong objection-handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Highly developed time management, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Frequent travel to customer sites to effectively manage strategic initiatives and experience maintaining strong customer relationships during customer visits.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Internal experience with FA is a plus.
