Role Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer support during a crucial time for users. Great customer service can turn a frustrated user into a superfan, and that’s why we need you!

Respond to incoming support tickets (HubSpot) and incoming phone calls (AirCall) with detailed information and precise communication.
Proactively think about how FitOn Health can improve a user's access to support channels.
Proactively think about ways the FitOn Health product (website, app, support pages) can be improved or changed to mitigate the need for individuals to contact FitOn Health.
Provide "passive" solutions so that it's simple for a user to find a solution without emailing or calling support.
Determine what information can be included in tickets, phone calls, and FAQs to give users access to solutions before a question arises.
Communicate FitOn Health broadly and narrowly to individuals with varying experience with the FitOn Health product.
Be an active learner who understands how to provide solutions and predict confusion points prior to being presented with a problem.
Be a patient listener who can decipher an individual's question, especially when not stated explicitly.
Treat individuals with respect and dignity, assisting without frustration even if an individual becomes frustrated with a situation.
Utilize extraordinary organization skills to design, create, and execute a comprehensive customer support strategy.
Take chaotic situations and provide information that is concise and direct, even when others become frustrated and angry.
Have a detailed understanding of how FitOn Health functions and why it functions in a specific way.

Qualifications

Patience, grace, and a sense of humor
Excellent writing and communication skills
A knack for taking technical language and making it understandable
A passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions
A strong and healthy attitude and ability to find personal balance even in the midst of strong emotions
Customer Service experience
Experience in CRM software like Salesforce
Experience with Hubspot
Reliable internet source and quiet background
Must reside in the USA

Requirements

Entry Level experience

Benefits

Seasonal position beginning in February and ending in April of 2025
Up to 39 hours per week
Availability Options: 8 AM - 6 PM EST, 9 AM to 7 PM EST Monday - Friday
Remote (work from home) position
