Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager with a deep understanding of brokerage operating models and typical behavioral biases. The ideal candidate will lead client onboarding projects, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition for new clients.
- Project Leadership: Manage client onboarding projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations
- Digital Solutions Implementation: Develop and implement digital solutions to streamline the client onboarding process
- Behavioral Insights Application: Utilize knowledge of typical behavioral biases to enhance user experience and client satisfaction
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with client onboarding projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular reports to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital project management, preferably within the insurance industry
- Brokerage user experience required
- Digital solutions experience required
- Portal workflow
- Proven experience in managing digital projects within the insurance industry
- In-depth understanding of brokerage operating models and industry-specific processes
- Ability to recognize and address typical behavioral biases in digital solution design
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in the insurance sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and deliver innovative solutions
Requirements
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred)
- 7 years of experience in digital project management within the insurance industry (required)
- Remote work capability (required)
