Role Description
The Senior Manager, Strategic Workflow Marketing will drive global financial performance of AVTR proprietary workflow products and solutions within life science and analytical chemistry.
- Develop, implement, and optimize strategic marketing plans
- Advance business strategy and drive profitable growth within specific workflows
- Work cross-functionally to ensure that short and long-term growth objectives are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the life sciences, marketing, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Research, marketing, or product management
- Experience in development and execution of life science marketing strategy and go-to-market strategy strongly preferred
- Experience working in a global environment, with an understanding of diverse markets and cultures
Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic & international)
- Strong understanding and continued learning of research techniques, tools, and workflows used by researchers and scientists
- Demonstrated results that led to significant revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives
- Possess analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills to effectively manage complex marketing projects and initiatives
- Use of proactive, creative, and collaborative approaches to diagnose problems and develop innovative solutions
