Join Our Team as a Sales Support Specialist in the Customer Experience Team!

Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist with telecom carrier experience to join our Customer Experience Team. If you’re organized, resilient, and a master communicator, this is the role for you!

Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to provide seamless support.
Interface with telecom carriers, vendors, and sales agents to maintain smooth operations.
Utilize critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and drive solutions.
Manage multiple priorities with precision and efficiency.
Maintain clear, concise communication across all organizational levels.

Qualifications

Experience with telecom carriers and an understanding of telecom vendors.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
