Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional customer service as a Phone Customer Service Representative for Organics Ocean, an ecommerce brand dedicated to wellness and supplements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about wellness and supplement products.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and addressing order-related questions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Complete administrative tasks as required to support the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service (wellness and supplements industry preferred).
- Previous experience working in eCommerce, with familiarity in CRM platforms like Richpanel, Hubspot, Gorgias, or similar.
- Interest and knowledge in the health and wellness industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and quality headset.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Work Eastern or Pacific US time zone.

- Entry Level experience.

Schedule and Offer Details
- Hiring 6 Phone Customer Service Representatives.
- Available schedules:
- 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Eastern time zone (1 rep needed)
- 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Pacific time zone (1 rep needed)
- 8am-5pm, Saturday-Sunday AND three weekdays of your choosing, US time zone flexible (4 reps needed)
