Role Description
This role involves overseeing projects, managing people, and working directly with a business owner to grow their company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strategic thinker, and possess a thick skin to solve problems.
- Collaborate with the business owner to define goals and develop strategies.
- Implement plans to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Analyze business operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage project plans and timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proactively identify potential challenges and develop solutions.
- Communicate expectations clearly to the team.

Requirements
- Available to work in U.S. EST time (starting no later than 8 AM EST) or Central European Time
- Access to a computer
- Reliable internet connection
- Reliable and distraction-free work environment
Benefits
- Part-time, remote, contractor position
- Pay is $50-$60/hour
- Two weeks’ paid time off per year
- In 2025, it will increase to three weeks paid time off
