Role Description
The Outbound Customer Service Representative will focus on making outbound calls to schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, and assist with inbound inquiries during peak times. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service.
- Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments.
- Handle inbound inquiries and reschedule requests during busy times.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments.
- Maintain records in scheduling software (ServiceTitan a plus).
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Comfortable making outbound calls for a large portion of the day.
- Ability to use Excel lists for outbound calling.
- Willing to assist with inbound calls during peak times.
- 1+ years of customer service experience (outbound preferred).
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
- CRM or scheduling software experience (ServiceTitan a plus).
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
