Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage daily financial operations, including expense input, reconciliations, and invoice payments. A key responsibility will be selecting the correct job codes in QuickBooks to ensure accurate cost tracking. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with QuickBooks Online and a solid understanding of bookkeeping best practices.

  • Manage vendor expenses and select the appropriate job code from a prepopulated list in QuickBooks Online.
  • Reconcile financial statements and accounts monthly.
  • Process invoice payments and maintain organized financial records.
  • Ensure accuracy in financial data and collaborate with the team.
  • Minimal vendor communication as needed for clarifications.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Assistant.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Experience with vendor statement reconciliation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
