Role Description
This role involves being a functional Zendesk Expert and ensuring the adoption and configuration of Customer Service best practices.
- Responsible for onboarding and introducing the Zendesk platform
- Train the Customer based on how the configuration is implemented in Zendesk
- Discuss the Key features of Zendesk
- Collaborate with the Zendesk Team
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or any related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
Requirements
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software is a plus
- Skills in liquid templating language, HTML, Javascript, and data processing is a plus
