Role Description
This role involves being the primary contact for all things IT at Ashby and continuing the build-out of our IT function.
- Provide user-facing support as well as work in backend systems (e.g., Okta).
- Reassess processes and tools as the company grows.
- Set a high bar for work quality and responsiveness.
- Consider long-term effects and challenges when addressing problems.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiar with working and troubleshooting in an international remote environment.
- Experience with Okta SAML, SCIM (ideally Okta Workflows).
- Knowledge of Kandji or similar MDM.
- Understanding of Apple Mac best practices.
- Experience with Google Workspace.
