Role Description
This role involves being an ambitious full-stack engineer focused on solving customer problems and making long-term investments for future features and products.
- Write product specs and make product and design decisions.
- Build in an almost-no-meeting culture.
- Take ownership over a large portion of one of our products and own projects end-to-end.
- Research competitors, write product specs, and create wireframes.
- Design and build automated interview scheduling.
- Build a generalized declarative filter architecture.
- Spec, design, and implement features for user interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience tackling projects with product and technical ambiguity.
- Ability to balance speed and quality in software delivery.
- Ambitious and always looking to improve skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to create leverage in work through automation and abstraction.
Requirements
- Comfortable tackling any part of a technology stack.
- Experience with projects requiring a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Experience in a startup environment with a focus on high-quality products.
- Experience leading or taking ownership of projects.

Interview Process
- 30-minute introduction call.
- A technical screen (take home or 75-minute in-person).
- A remote final round of 4 hours and 15 minutes (can be split across two days).

- Push your first change on day one.
- Pair with a peer to guide you through your first tasks.
