Role Description

This role involves leading Ashby’s EMEA Customer Success team, focusing on elevating the customer experience and operational excellence.

  • Shape the Customer Success function in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with existing CS leadership, including Heads of Strategic, High Touch, and Startup Customer Success.
  • Lead and grow a team of skilled upmarket Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
  • Own the Dedicated CS segment for the region, covering Strategic and High Touch segments.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in growing and developing high-performing Customer Success Teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to understand and improve the customer journey.
  • Experience in regional expansion roles, establishing processes and customer engagement models.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across various departments.
  • Innovative approach to problem-solving and strategy design.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Deep understanding of B2B customer needs and support experiences.
  • Experience in improving customer product adoption and addressing key stages of the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Clear communication skills, able to distill complex concepts into simple themes.
  • Strong listening skills, acting as an advocate for the Customer Success Team.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on improving internal operations.
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members.
