Role Description
As an InRide Support Team Lead, Safe Ride Support, you will be a critical player in delivering on our promise “Safety is Everything” and will help us achieve this goal in the following ways:
- Co-lead a team of full- and part-time remote InRide Specialists responsible for delivering exceptional support to our community
- Conduct weekly 1:1s with each team member, managing to metrics and providing clear and actionable feedback
- Own training and quality assurance for your team members, partnering with our QA Manager to track and benchmark performance
- Be the point of escalation for your team members and take over escalated interactions, as needed
- Monitor volume across all queues and jump in to assist, as needed
- Maintain strict adherence to HopSkipDrive policies and processes
- Recognize and report to leadership trends in contact reasons and issues
- Identify operational improvements within your team’s workflows and partner with department leaders to identify appropriate solutions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strong desire to collaborate with fellow leaders
- Experience managing a team and tracking team metrics, performance, outcomes
- Maintain safety as a constant north star and exude calm under pressure
- Critical thinker with the ability to navigate between multiple responsibilities while maintaining composure
- Basic Excel skills with the desire to learn how to use data for performance management
- Open to feedback and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- This role will be fully remote in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI
- NOTE: This role will require working a specific shift of 10am-7pm PT, M-F
