Role Description
This role involves providing excellent technical support to our French-speaking clients, helping them address inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to online media services.
- Provide technical assistance to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of technical issues efficiently.
- Offer clear, step-by-step instructions to clients and ensure they understand the solutions provided.
- Accurately document all interactions and technical issues in the support database.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex technical challenges and enhance service delivery.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Stay current on product knowledge and technology trends to assist clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and strong proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with online media platforms and current technologies.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
