Role Description
This role involves providing excellent customer support to French-speaking clients in the banking sector.
- Deliver high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding banking products, account issues, and transaction processes.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints swiftly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to track feedback and improve services.
- Collaborate with banking professionals and internal teams to provide effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on banking regulations, products, and services to provide informed support.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the banking or financial sector.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with banking products and services is highly desirable.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Motivation to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively.
