Role Description

Für unsere Geschäftsstelle in Heidelberg (bis zu 60% remote möglich) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine/n Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Buchhaltung & Controlling in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

  • Prüfung und Weiterverarbeitung von Angeboten und eingehenden Bestellungen
  • Erstellung, Kontrolle und Versand von Rechnungen, Überwachung offener Forderungen inkl. Mahnwesen
  • Vorbereitung der monatlichen Buchhaltung
  • Abwicklung von Zahlungsverkehr
  • Übernahme von Controllingaufgaben wie z.B. Erstellung eines Sales-Forecasts
  • Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Intercompany Prozessen und Projekten
  • Erstellung von CRM-Abfragen und Reports
  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Marktanalysen
  • Unterstützung des Sales-Bereiches

Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)
  • Erfahrungen mit CRM Microsoft Dynamics von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
