Role Description
As a Country Marketing Manager (Italy) at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy.
- Develop and execute go-to-market and launch strategies
- Manage above-the-line channels to build awareness and favorability in Italy
- Plan multi-channel marketing for client acquisition
- Influence the end-to-end product

Pre-launch activities including:
- Product localization & translation
- Marketplace supply & demand operations
- Pre-launch marketing & positioning

Post-launch activities including:
- Planning and executing multi-channel marketing
- Overall revenue growth strategy
- Build and represent BetterHelp as a brand in Italy
- Work & influence cross-functionally and asynchronously with BetterHelp HQ
- Plan and execute growth partnerships to drive user acquisition and brand awareness
- Manage translations of client acquisition creatives across all channels including Paid Search, Facebook, TikTok, TV, Podcast, and Radio
- Manage translations of client and therapist user experience, emails, and other user-facing communications
- Identify and onboard local marketing partners to acquire customers and build trust
- Compile market and consumer insights to better inform product positioning
Requirements
- 10+ years working in fast-paced technology companies
- 5+ years consumer marketing experience
- Experience launching and managing a new market a plus
- Experience working in health sector a plus
- Familiarity with subscription businesses a plus
