Role Description
We're looking for the perfect fit for our small-but-mighty PropLogix marketing team! We tackle everything from SEO, content marketing, sales support, event coordination, and more. We need an enthusiastic self-starter to join us as our Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of our team, providing critical administrative support across various B2B marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate trade show logistics
- Manage promotional product inventory
- Support essential marketing functions
- Maintain conference and event schedule
- Coordinate logistics for sponsorships and travel on behalf of sales team
- Assist with webinar setup, registration management, and post-event follow-up
- Maintain marketing databases and organize digital and print assets
- Track and manage promotional product inventory, placing orders and finding new items
- Help support PropLogix and other brands
Qualifications
- Applicants must be located in Colombia
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English; C1 at minimum but C2 is preferable
- At minimum 1 year of work experience in marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or other related fields of study (Preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of B2B marketing principles
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage time and juggle deadlines
Requirements
- HubSpot experience
- Basic graphic design skills
- Campaign and project management experience
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Event or content calendar management
- HTML email-building experience
