Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional technical support to French-speaking clients across various industries, including technology, e-commerce, and telecommunications.
- Deliver outstanding technical support to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional service.
- Document and track support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and solve complex technical challenges.
- Educate clients on product features and best practices to enhance their user experience.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and a strong command of English.
- Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment as well as cooperate within a team.
- Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
- Keen interest in technology and a desire to help clients achieve their goals.
