Role Description
This role is crucial for individuals who are dedicated to combating financial crime and ensuring compliance while providing outstanding service to clients.
- Provide efficient customer service to French-speaking clients regarding inquiries related to anti-financial crime policies and procedures.
- Assist clients in understanding compliance requirements, risk management, and reporting suspicious activities.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues pertinent to financial crime investigations professionally.
- Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries in compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex issues effectively.
- Stay informed about current anti-financial crime regulations and trends to provide accurate guidance to clients.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and resources to educate clients on anti-financial crime practices.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within financial services or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of anti-financial crime regulations and compliance practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
