Role Description

This role involves delivering outstanding support to our French-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers, managing their inquiries with professionalism and care.
Provide support through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to assist customers accurately.
Resolve customer issues swiftly to enhance satisfaction and build loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and contribute to service improvements.
Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and gather valuable insights.
Analyze customer interactions and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for enhancement.

Qualifications

Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a remote work environment.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
Interest in online media and a good understanding of industry trends.
