- Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to online ticketing services and event bookings
- Provide guidance and resolve issues
- Ensure a seamless experience for clients looking to attend exciting events
- Play an integral part in creating memorable experiences for customers
- Be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service, event management, or ticketing is preferred but not mandatory
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries
- A genuine interest in events and the entertainment industry
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Team player with a collaborative spirit
