Role Description

This role involves managing a team of Customer Experience Associates for a fast-growing NYC-based custom apparel start-up.

  • Fully own our customer experience at Fresh Prints
  • Manage a team of CX Associates
  • Manage communications with customers
  • Set and track team metrics
  • Ensure all goals are reached
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with direct reports and the VP of Operations

Qualifications

  • A total of 5+ years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Development
  • 2+ years in a team lead/people manager role
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Able to make decisions without direct supervision
  • Ability to negotiate positive outcomes
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working night shifts

Job Location

This is a fully remote position.

Working Hours

This role requires someone who is comfortable working the night shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippine Time (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST).
