Role Description
This role involves managing a team of Ops Associates for a fast-growing NYC-based custom apparel start-up.
- Fully own a part of our supply chain, including projects, requests from other functions, headcount planning, and helping the team realize its full potential.
- Manage communications with vendors and customers.
- Handle escalations from the team and solve logistical issues.
- Set and track team metrics.
- Ensure all goals are reached.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with direct reports and the AD of Operations.
Qualifications
- A total of 5 years of experience in operations, with 2+ years in a team lead/people manager role.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Able to make decisions without direct supervision.
- Ability to negotiate positive outcomes.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts.

Job Location
This role can be based in India or the Philippines, with remote working options available.
Working Hours
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (PH, night shift) or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (US, NY Time). Weekends may be rotational based on business needs.
