Role Description
Join Huzzle’s Talent Pool as a Customer Success Manager (CSM)! 💚
This role involves:
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximise the value of products/services.
- Guiding customers through onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience and driving adoption of the product.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell/cross-sell solutions while reducing churn through strategic engagement.
- Acting as the go-to point of contact, addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Analysing usage metrics and feedback to optimise customer engagement strategies and increase success rates.
- Working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to improve the customer experience and deliver meaningful insights.
- Representing customer needs internally and championing solutions that drive long-term satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support roles.
- Experience in SaaS, Tech, E-commerce, Marketing, Cybersecurity, FinTech, or other B2B-focused industries.
- Comfortable using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), customer engagement tools, and ticketing systems.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A reliable laptop and stable internet connection are required.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support roles.
- Industry experience in SaaS, Tech, E-commerce, Marketing, Cybersecurity, FinTech, or other B2B-focused industries.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and customer engagement tools.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Remote-ready with a reliable laptop and internet connection.
