Role Description
We are seeking a Remote Customer Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, processing insurance applications, and providing information about our life and health insurance products. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding life and health insurance policies.
- Guide clients through the application and claims process.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on coverage options.
- Maintain and update customer records in compliance with company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work closely with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure smooth policy processing.
- Inform customers on policy benefits, terms, and conditions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services is a PLUS but not required.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Zoom and other CRM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of life and health insurance products is a plus.
