Role Description

The Customer Success Manager at Trellix will be a results-driven, self-starter with a consultative sales nature who can truly enable the growth of their sales career in the hottest market sector – security software.

  • Manage a geographically designated book of commercial business and be responsible for revenue delivery.
  • Manage contract renewals and upsell opportunities with existing customers.
  • Provide tailored security solutions to meet customer needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales teams and technical support teams to facilitate a smooth contract renewal process.

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of technology sales experience, product, or business development.
  • Security Software industry experience is an absolute plus.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of success (consistently achieve/overachieve quota).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills both internally and externally.
  • Native, Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

  • Disciplined time management, account management, and territory management skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to drive for success to deliver above sales goals.
  • Ability to learn quickly and think analytically.
