Role Description

Join Our Team as a Claims Department Specialist at Bush & Bush Law Group!

This role is vital in ensuring that claims are managed efficiently and that our clients receive the best possible assistance throughout their claims journey.

  • Review and process incoming claims from clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates on their claims, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Work closely with insurance companies, adjusters, and legal professionals to ensure timely and accurate claims resolution.
  • Organize and maintain client files, records, and case documentation, ensuring compliance with legal standards and confidentiality requirements.
  • Proactively follow up on pending claims and ensure timely communication with clients regarding their case status.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in claims processing, insurance, or legal environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on client service.
  • Familiarity with insurance policies, personal injury law, and claims processes is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.

  • Compensation: $4 - $7 an hour.
