Role Description
The Accommodations Intake Coordinator will support our team of Accommodation Consultants working in conjunction with them to triage and process leave paperwork that comes from UNUM and Workcare.
- Create and maintain client files
- Assist in the management of processing restrictions
- Utilize established templates
- Verify accuracy of referral information in multiple platforms
- Open and close cases in Electronic Med Rec application
- Respond to client requests associated with supporting Accommodation Consultants
- Field and distribute incoming email communication to the appropriate Briotix Health Key Stakeholders
- Set up case file structure within the Briotix Health online platforms
- Save and compile all incoming accommodation case paperwork
- Utilize various platforms to confirm information is accurate prior to distributing
- Prepare templates and send to Briotix Health Key Stakeholders
- Manage and track specific cases in Briotix Health online platforms
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and health care providers
- Perform administrative duties as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with extreme attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrate computer skills including Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, internal databases and other software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and switch between processes while understanding complex workflows
- Must be able to work independently as well as in collaborative group settings
- Must have excellent internet access and a quiet space to work away from all distractions
Requirements
- 1 or more years of experience in tracking cases and performing intake work in a medical-related environment (preferred)
- Associate degree or higher (preferred)
