Role Description
We are seeking a highly energetic individual who has a "can do" attitude to join our exciting outpatient healthcare company as a seasoned Contract Manager.
- Adept to regulatory private, federal & state guidelines
- Knowledge and understanding of a multi–Tax ID business
- Ability to identify and negotiate key terms and reimbursement within a contract
- Understanding of contracting within closed networks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/Math preferred or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 3-5 years' contracting experience a must, including Managed Care, WC, Replacements & Auto lines of business
- Prefer experience & established relationships with payors
- Outpatient Therapy Experience preferred
- Proficient in identifying, summarizing and calculating payment/reimbursement policies
- Advanced MS Excel, MS Access & credentialing software experience a plus
- Effective project management skills
- Critical analytical thinking, problem solving, organization and time management skills with strong attention to details
- Ability to multi-task to very unusual levels
- Excellent administrative, analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication and presentation skills are required
