Role Description

We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, researching solutions, and managing details in an online environment. As a Virtual Service Consultant, you will assist travelers with navigating vacation choices and coordinating the services needed for their upcoming trips. The position combines client communication, research, organization, and reservation support.

• Work with individuals, couples, families, or groups planning experiences such as resort stays, cruises, weekend getaways, celebrations, tours, and international vacations.

Requirements

• Speak with clients to identify their vacation priorities, preferred dates, interests, and spending range
• Locate suitable travel options using available supplier and reservation resources
• Compare hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and vacation packages
• Provide clients with clear information to help them evaluate available choices
• Assist with arranging selected accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other travel services
• Process and organize reservation information through approved systems
• Provide updates regarding confirmations, payment schedules, deadlines, and itinerary details
• Respond to client questions and assist with routine planning concerns
• Communicate professionally by phone, email, messaging applications, and virtual platforms
• Coordinate with travel partners when reservation assistance or additional information is required
• Double-check confirmations and trip details for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain current electronic records for client communications and reservations
• Keep informed about destination developments, supplier programs, and relevant travel updates
• Provide attentive service throughout the planning and preparation process
